Ella Baché Neo Bright Range

A few months ago I posted on Instagram about my love for the Eternal+ Range from Ella Baché. Well I still love them now and I swear the cream is so good, it’s very rich and makes my skin very smooth.  So when Ella Baché launched their new NeoBright Range and offered for me to try it, I couldn’t help but say yes. But first-things-first, I didn’t get paid for this post, I just genuinely believe in their products.

The NeoBright range is a solution to pigmentation and to give bright complexion, it’s perfect for uneven skin tone like mine. The products have key ingredients such as Australian Kakadu Plum Seed Oil and Liquorice Root Extract. As we know Kakadu Plum is the richest source of Vitamin C and Liquorice Root is good for sensitive skin, diminish under-eye circle, uneven skin tone and age spots.

Ella Bache sent me 4 products : NeoBright Radiance C Ampoule Set, NeoBright Correcting Serum, NeoBright Correcting Cream and NeoBright Correcting Emulsion. So far I’ve tried the ampoule set, the serum and the cream.  The  cream and the emulsion have pretty much the same effect, however the cream also contains sea butter, so it is slightly heavier which is good for dry skin.  Alternatively, you can use it as a night cream for all skin types.

I’ve been using the products for 2 weeks now, both morning and night. I apply the NeoBright Radiance C Ampoule Set; followed by the NeoBright Serum; my favourite eye cream and then finally the NeoBright Correcting Cream. So, after two weeks this is what I thought about the Ella Bache NeoBright range:

  1. NeoBright Radiance C Ampoule Set 13ml (RRP $59)
It comes in 2 little bottles, one bottle brighten serum and the other one is an active vitamin concentrate that comes in a powder form. You have to mix both of them together and you use the mixed serum morning and night for 2 weeks on cleansed skin. This mixed serum is highly concentrated and has a powerful antioxidant to give immediate and progressively results. I apply generous amounts to both my face and neck. The mixed serum doesn’t have a strong smell and it absorbs quickly. It doesn’t feel sticky, instead my skin feels smooth each time I’ve applied the mixed serum.
  2. NeoBright Serum 30ml (RRP $119)
The first thing you notice about this serum is the smell;  it has a very strong citrus scent which quite honestly is too strong for my liking.  It does however disappear shortly after you’ve applied it to your skin. It contains hyaluronic acid as part of the ingredients and for my face and neck I only need to use one pump. The serum is lighter compare to the Ampoule Set, and it also absorbs quickly into the skin to leave a smooth finish.
  3. NeoBright Cream 50ml (RRP $135)
This cream is meant to be heavier than the emulsion, but honestly I can’t tell the different. However, if we compare it with the Eternal Range, the NeoBright cream definitely feels lighter. Throughout this Winter, I have found the cream to not be heavy enough for me, as my skin has been very dry.  However, I can see it being a perfect Summer skin moisturiser. This cream doesn’t have a smell and it absorbs quickly into the skin.

In summary, these 3 products don’t make my skin oily and they look good under my make-up too. Surprise!! After 2 weeks I can see the difference with my skin. I always have a dark area around my mouth, which I believe is from years of use of my previous skin care. I have tried many products in the past, but the dark patch has never disappeared.  It’s still not completely the same tone as my other skin, however I can definitely see the improvement. My skin also feels more plum and brighter.

Am I going to continue using them? Definitely yes, but I will change the cream to the Eternal Range for the rest of this Winter.

Let me know if you have any questions!
